Job Description

Our company is recruiting workers for fixed-term contracts involving the installation and connection of copper and fibre optic cables in data centres across Europe.

The work is project-based and offered under the following conditions:

  • Free accommodation – minimum two people per room;
  • Social security contributions – covered by the employer;
  • Travel expenses – to be initially paid by the worker, with up to €500 (€250 each way) reimbursed upon successful completion of the contract.

Previous experience and foreign language skills are not mandatory but are considered an advantage.
All candidates will undergo brief on-site training.

The working week is a minimum of 5 days (often requiring work on Saturdays, which is mandatory).
Wages are paid weekly, with the first payment made by the end of the third week.

 

Job Requirement

Requirements:

  • Passport valid for a minimum of 1 year.
  • ID card with a minimum validity of 1 year.
  • Valid TUV Safety Certificate – The exam is conducted in Sofia (Sofia 1113, Izgrev District, Bernard Izgrev Tower (TETRIX), 23A Dragan Tsankov Blvd., Floor 6, Phone: +359 2 810 27 56, +359 884 901602, Email: maria.nabecker@bg.tuv.com). The certificate is valid for 5 years. For each completed week of work with us, 1/50 of the paid amount for the certificate will be reimbursed. If you work with us for 1 year, the full amount will be refunded.
  • IPAF Certificate – Issued in most regional cities in the country. The certificate has no expiration date. For each completed week of work with us, 1/50 of the paid amount for the certificate will be reimbursed. If you work with us for 1 year, the full amount will be refunded.
  • Criminal record certificate issued no later than one week before application (online issuance is possible with an electronic signature).
  • Valid health insurance card (e.g., DSK Bank).
  • Medical certificate confirming fitness for the specified work.
  • Diploma for completed education.
  • CV (Curriculum Vitae).
  • References and employment records for the past 5 years, including email addresses and phone numbers for verification.
  • Bank account in BGN.
  • B-Trust registration for an electronic signature (required for signing the employment contract).

  • Other certifications from completed courses (optional).
  • Compliance with established working hours and workplace safety requirements.
  • Steel-toe safety boots – Product link.
  • Basic tools: wire cutters, flathead and Phillips screwdrivers, scissors – Product link.
